You will learn all necesary skills for independent(stand-alone) climbing on rock faces around the world:

  • Specifics of sport climbing on rock;
  • Trad climbing and placing protection;
  • Building anchors;
  • Multi-pitch climbing

In case of very bad weather , we will learn all possible on artificial wall and then we manage rock sessions.

The course is designed for climbers who climb individually on artificial walls and are capable of belaying and lead climbing. The prerequisite for attending the course is passing the Basic Climbing Course or passing the climbing knowledge test successfully. During the test, we check how are you moving on the artificial wall, what you know and based on that we recommend the next steps.

The course is led by an instructor who is also a member of the safety committee of the Slovak Climbing Association JAMES, which is the guarantee of the highest quality courses in Eastern Slovakia.
